These audio classes are designed for curious beginners and families who want to better understand how herbs support the body and how to begin using them with confidence.

Each class is recorded from our live, in-person herbal workshops, where we gather with our local community to explore herbal wellness in a practical and approachable way.

Herbal First Steps is a collaborative educational project created by two practicing herbalists who believe herbal knowledge should be accessible, practical, and family-friendly.

Together, we host in-person workshops and educational classes designed to help our community reconnect with traditional plant knowledge in ways that feel approachable and empowering.
