To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition that you received it. The product should be unopened/undamaged in any way and returned in its original packaging within 7 business days after receiving the product. If your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we’ll provide free return shipping, otherwise a return postage fee or charge will apply.
